DEW Engineering and Development ULC
Incorporated in 1978, DEW Engineering is a leader in the design, engineering, prototyping, testing, manufacturing and after-sales support of a broad range of general and specialized defence and security products. DEW also life-extends and re-roles vehicles and equipment, and provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and long term in-service support services.
Armour Systems. Since 1994, DEW has been designing and manufacturing advanced composite armour systems. DEW specializes in rapidly designing optimized protection solutions, testing using its in-house ballistic range, and manufacturing custom armour and protection products for military and police services. DEW is now the largest supplier of composite armour for military vehicles, as well as for police car door armour in North America.
Defence Systems. DEW has a defence product portfolio that covers the land, marine and aviation sectors. Land equipment includes combat support and combat service support vehicle and trailer systems, shelters and camp systems, Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defence systems, and bridge and gap crossing systems. Naval equipment includes containerized missions system kits, as well as weapon mounts, countermeasure launchers, towers and masts, cranes, launch and recovery systems, stairs, ladders and rails, winches and buoys. Aviation equipment includes containerized mission systems kits, as well as pallets and containers, tow tractors, hitches and trailers, and preconditioned air systems. DEW also provides training and training systems, and comprehensive in-service support for all of its product lines.

DEW has an outstanding team of highly trained and experienced personnel who are exceptionally agile in responding to customer requirements that cross a broad range of capability areas. DEW works closely with its military or OEM customers to successfully deliver quality defence products and services at home and abroad.
