WRITER PROFILE

Chris has been a ground SAR volunteer since 1997 in Vanderhoof BC with Nechako Valley SAR.  Over the years he has certified in swiftwater, avalanche, tracking, team leading and search management, been on the group's board of directors, and has been involved in many SAR tasks across central and northern British Columbia. He is currently Secretary of the British Columbia Search and Rescue Association.
