Mr. MacGillivray was the Director of the Emergency Services Branch, of the New Brunswick Department of Public Safety. Ernie has been at the centre of the ongoing transformation of emergency mgmt in Canada. Ernie has served as a senior policy advisor on public safety and security issues and has been very active nationally and internationally, working to improve interoperability and build capacity in emergency management and response agencies.
