GEORGE KOLISNEK

George Kolisnek spent a total of 41 years at DND as a Naval Officer and then senior public servant. From 2001 to 2005 he was the Director Strategic Intelligence at NDHQ, and from 2005 to 2007 he was a Senior Policy Advisor within the Security and Intelligence Secretariat in the Privy Council Office. George is currently a Senior Research Fellow at Carleton University Canadian Centre of Intelligence and Security Studies from where he has published papers of interest both at home and abroad.
