Doug Harrison is the president of Georgian Emergency Management & Associates Inc. (GEMA), a consulting company specializing in risk-based comprehensive emergency management programs for both the public and private sectors. He served as Deputy Chief, Emergency Management Ontario for ten years and was primarily responsible during this period for emergency management program development and implementation. Mr. Harrison retired as Acting Chief, Emergency Management Ontario in 2005.
